This Week's Top News Stories on YouTube--Tragedy in Norway, History in New York, and the loss of music great Amy Winehouse.
Everyday on the CitizenTube Channel (and @CitizenTube on Twitter), along with our curation partners @storyful, we look at how the top news stories are covered on YouTube. Every week we'll post a weekly recap of the top news stories of the week:
- We were horrified by the senseless killings in Oslo and on Utøya in Norway, but humbled by the outpouring of support for one another in the wake of the tragic events.
- We witnessed history as the first gay couples married in New York amid lots of media coverage and fanfare.
- We mourned the death of talented singer Amy Winehouse along with thousands of fans.
- We saw dramatic video of South Koreans pounded by deadly floods, heavy rains, and massive mudslides.
- We followed youth support for Barack Obama, Tim Pawlenty slamming Michele Bachmann, and an enthusiastic Ron Paul backer this week on the US campaign trail.
- We watched the ongoing war in Libya and protests in Syria continue to intensify.
- And finally, we marked the one year countdown to the London Summer Olympics and were uplifted by a record-setting hot air balloon festival in France.

Until Google and Youtube Correct The Click Bombing Cancer That Has Resulted In So Many Partners Losing Their Adsense Accounts And Reinstating All Former Partners and Not Simply a Few who Get Lots Of Views Not Only Will I No Longer Support Google Products I Have In Fact Started Contacting Sponsors To Make Them Aware Of Click Bombing Issue and To Inform These Sponsors That Until Google/Youtube Correct The Problem and Fully Reinstate All Partners Who Have Been Effected By Something Above and Beyond Our Control That I Will No Longer Buy Their Products Or services. Id Addition I Have Filed a formal Complaint With The Federal Trade Commission And Have Through Blogs Twitter Facebook and Other Social Sites Asked Others Effected To Do The Same. I was Contacted By a Google Employee Trying To Sell Me What Actually Sounds Like a Great Option For My Google Places Account Listing Known As Google Boost Where Last Month I saw Over 35,000 Impressions I Informed This Very Nice Lady That I Would Not Be Purchasing This Boost Option Until Google Corrected The click Bombing Issue She Put Me On With a Floor Supervisor Who Assured me Google Staff Was Well Aware Of The Click Bombing Issue and Working As Quickly as Possible To Resolve and Correct The Issue I Informed Him That Once My Host Channel Partner Benefits At Youtube "HistoryTours" Was Fully Reinstated That I Would Purchase The service. However Assured Him That Until That Time I Will Also Continue To Boycott and Contact Sponsors Letting Them Know Why I Will Be Taking My Business Elsewhere. My Former Partner Channel Has Enjoyed Millions Of Views This Fact along With My Ability To Produce Self Supporting Videos Led Me To Investing Several Thousand Dollars Of My Own Money Into The Latest and Very Best Equipment Since At The Time I Viewed It as a Solid Investment Which I Would Recover Through My Partnered Earnings. Google Needs To Step Up Admit Their System Flaw And Reinstate The Hundreds If Not Thousands Of Partners Who Have Lost Their Partnerships Based Solely On Something That Not within Our Control Nor By Or Own Actions My Partnered Channel Remains In Good Standings and Has Never Seen a Single Strike Based On My Never Violating Youtube Google TOS So For Me Personally This Google System Error Has Directly Cost Me Several Thousands Of Possible and Actually Likely Earning Potential and This Is Very Unfair!
